BASICS
✦ I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.✦ Please make sure to provide clear, flat colored references of your character.✦ If you are commissioning a custom character, please have some form of moodboard, description, or reference images for me to work off of.✦ I send WIPs at every stage and when you request one.
TURN AROUND TIME
✦ It usually takes me anywhere from a few days to around 3 months to finish your commission depending on these things :- complexity of the piece
- length of my queue
- mental + physical health✦ I tend to be a bit slower with art because I struggle with burnout, depression, anxiety, adhd, and physical health issues. So if you commission me please be patient with me.
PAYMENT
✦ Payment is through PayPal via Kofi.✦ Payment plans are available for pieces that are over $150. Your piece will not go past the sketch phase until it is fully paid for.✦ I WILL NOT take cryptocurrency as a form of payment. If you try to do this, I will cancel your commission and you will be blacklisted.
REFUND POLICY
✦ Refunds are available, but the amount refunded depends on what stage your commission is in.

✦ Do not NFT, repost, trace, edit, or use my art for training an AI. You will be blacklisted.✦ Use any of my work for any reason if you did not commission or receive it as a gift.✦ Remove my watermark / signature from any piece of art that I have ever drawn, whether you commissioned it or not.✦ Use any of my work to make money, to make merch, or as a website graphic UNLESS it has been previously agreed upon.✦ Claim my art as your own.

PERMISSIONS
✦ You may not turn your adopt into an original species if you intend to make money from it UNLESS you pay an additional fee upon purchasing the adopt! Examples of what I mean by original species are things like wickerbeasts, drekkubus, angel dragons, manokits, etc.✦ You may, however, make them an original species for your story worlds and such! Just make sure to credit me if you post about them anywhere!
PAYMENT
✦ I take payment in USD only - please do not try to purchase the adopt(s) with any form of cryptocurrency or you will be blacklisted.✦ For adopts that are less than $100 payment is required in full within 24hrs of you claiming the adopt.✦ For adopts that are $100+ a 14 day payment plan will be available.
HOLDS
✦ For adopts that are $100+ a max hold of 7 days is available✦ I understand that things come up unexpectedly. If there are any issues we can work something out in terms of extending a hold time, just DM me! I will hold the adopt for an extended period of time - within reason.
RESELL
✦ I'm completely fine with my adopts being resold by the people who purchase them - so long as they are sold for what they were sold for (unless they come with more art)✦ If you resell an adopt that you bought from me, please make sure to credit me as the creator of said adopt.
REFUND POLICY
✦ I do not offer refunds for adopts that are fully paid for.✦ Without proper communication - I offer a 60% refund on adopts over $100 if you have not paid the full amount within the agreed timeframe.✦ With proper communication - I offer an 80% refund on adopts over $100 if you have not paid the full amount within the agreed timeframe.
✦ This % of withheld funds is to make up from loss of time and business regarding the adopt that was chosen.✦ Adopts that are refunded will be put back up for sale.

If you commission me to draw a custom character that I made for you / an adopt that you've bought from me that I designed myself, you will receive a 15% discount to bust commissions!
