BASICS

- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.- I will not work with shaded reference sheets. Please make sure to provide clear, flat colored references for your character. If you do not have some form of reference for your character, then I can not take your commission.- If you are commissioning a custom character, please have some form of moodboard or reference for me to base the character around.- I strive to do my best to provide great communication with commissioners. I send WIPs at every stage and when you request one.- Backgrounds will be simple artist freedom unless you request something specific. I will not do complex backgrounds. However, simple foliage, simple furniture/objects, and simple scenic backgrounds are fine!

TURN AROUND TIME

-My TAT can be anywhere from a day to 2 months depending on:>Complexity of the piece
>Length of my queue
>Mental Health
>Personal life things

PAYMENT

- I take payment upfront and in full. However, payment plans are available for pieces that are over $100. Your piece will not go past the sketch phase until it is fully paid for.- I DO NOT take cryptocurrency as a form of payment. If you try to do this, I will cancel your commission and no longer work with you.

REFUND POLICY

- Refunds are available, but the amount refunded depends on what phase your piece is in.
>100% not started
>85% sketch- Refunds are not available once your piece hits the lineart stage.- Full refunds only available if the piece has not been started on.- You are not allowed to keep, use, post, or share your piece if it has been refunded. Those caught doing so will no longer be allowed to commission me in the future.

PERMISSIONS

- WHAT YOU CAN DO -

- Post your commission / gift art anywhere as long as you credit me as the artist and / or link back to my Twitter.- Redline your sketch as a means to help me better understand what it is that you'd like (just ask me first!)- Sell the custom character that you commissioned from me, but not for more than the commission price (unless they come with more art)- Reference my art to a degree (just ask me first!)

- WHAT YOU CAN'T DO -

- Repost, trace, edit, mint, or NFT ANY art that I've ever drawn. Anyone caught doing these things will be blacklisted from ever getting a commission from me.- Use any of my work for any reason if you did not commission or receive it as a gift.- Remove my watermark / signature from any piece of art that I have ever drawn, whether you commissioned it or not.- Use any of my work to make money, to make merch, or as a website graphic.- Claim my art as your own.
